Yoga is more than Asana.
Over five days, we will explore different dimensions of the practice — working with the body, breath and mind, while understanding how simple yogic principles can become part of everyday life.
Each session combines learning and practice, so you don't just hear about Yoga — you experience it.
What we'll explore
-
Day 1 — What is Yoga?
What does Yoga really mean?
Begin by looking beyond physical postures and understanding Yoga as a practice of body, breath, mind and awareness.
-
Day 2 — Breath & Prana
Explore the relationship between breath, Prana and the mind through pranayama and mindful movement.
-
Day 3 — Mind & Awareness
Turn your attention inward and explore observation, concentration and awareness through practice and meditation.
-
Day 4 — Yoga in Daily Life
How can Yoga influence the way we eat, rest, think, respond and live? Explore simple yogic principles that can be applied beyond the mat.
-
Day 5 — Bringing Yoga Together
A complete practice bringing together asana, pranayama, awareness, meditation and relaxation — and a reflection on continuing the practice beyond these five days.
