By participating in any yoga class, course, retreat, or online session, you acknowledge that you are medically fit to do so.
You understand that yoga involves physical movement and carry the risk of injury.
Namah-State with Avanti is not liable for any injury or medical condition that may result from participation.
Always consult your physician before beginning any new wellness program.

4. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific program.
For Yoga Teacher Training Courses or retreats, cancellation policies are separately listed on their respective pages.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues).
In such cases, we will offer an alternative class or extend validity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including videos, images, text, and logos — is the property of Namah-State with Avanti. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Conduct & Code of Ethics

We expect all students and participants to treat instructors and fellow participants with respect and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
