Pranayama Teacher Training - 25 Hours

The Pranayama Teacher Training is designed to help you understand, practice, and teach breathwork with awareness and precision.

The course combines traditional pranayama practices with practical understanding of breath awareness, preparation, technique, sequencing and teaching methodology.

You will learn how to practise pranayama safely and progressively, understand the principles behind different techniques, and confidently guide pranayama practices for your students.

Q. Who can join this Pranayama course?
The course is suitable for yoga teachers and practitioners with a basic understanding of yoga and a regular personal practice. Prior teaching experience in Pranayama is not required.
