Curriculum Overview

Yoga Practice

Build a strong foundation through Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga Fundamentals (hybrid elective), alignment principles, and mindful movement practices.

Pranayama & Meditation

Develop a deeper understanding of breathwork, meditation, mantra chanting, yoga nidra, and mind-body awareness practices.

Yoga Philosophy

Explore the traditional teachings of yoga, including the Yoga Sutras, yogic lifestyle, ethics, and the foundations of yogic wisdom.

Anatomy, Physiology & Ayurveda

Learn how the body functions in movement and practice, while gaining insight into holistic wellness through Ayurvedic principles.

Teaching Methodology

Understand class planning, sequencing, cueing, student safety, adjustments, and the skills required to confidently lead yoga classes.

Practicum & Assessment

Gain practical teaching experience through observation, practice teaching, feedback sessions, assignments, and final assessments.

By the End of This Training, You Will Be Able To:

Certification

Upon successful completion of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, students receive

• A Certificate of Completion issued by Namah-State with Avanti
• Certification from Yoga Alliance International India (YAI)

Graduates are also eligible to receive:

• An additional 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate issued through a collaborating yoga school registered with Yoga Alliance (USA)

These certifications support students who wish to teach yoga professionally or deepen their understanding of yoga practice and teaching methodology.

Assessment & Graduation Requirements

Students are evaluated through:

• Attendance

• Assignments

• Practice Teaching

• Written Examination

• Practical Examination

• Final Teaching Assessment

Course Fee

Online Format - ₹35,000

Hybrid Format - ₹45,000

Eligibility

The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is open to individuals who wish to deepen their personal practice or pursue yoga teaching professionally.

Applicants should:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Have a sincere interest in yoga and personal development.

  • Be physically and mentally capable of participating in yoga practices.

  • Commit to attending classes, completing assignments, and participating in assessments.

Prior teaching experience is not required.

Refund Policy

All course fees paid towards the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, withdrawals, missed classes, or incomplete participation.

In the unlikely event that the institute cancels the entire program, students may choose to transfer their enrollment to a future program or receive a refund of the fees paid.
